Privacy Policy

During purchase we may collect your business name, contact person, email, mobile number, address, GSTIN, selected plan, order information and payment status. For licensing, we process license, device and validation metadata.

Products, customers and invoices may remain locally on the mobile or desktop device. They are sent to our cloud only when you deliberately use cloud backup or an online billing feature.

Razorpay processes payment credentials and payment methods. AV Smartbilling does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. We store Razorpay order/payment identifiers, amount and status for reconciliation, licensing, support and fraud prevention.

We use information to provide plans and licenses, activate devices, deliver billing services, maintain purchase records, respond to support, prevent abuse, meet accounting obligations and improve reliability.

Information may be processed by Supabase for database services, Vercel for website hosting and Razorpay for payments. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and our service, or during a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Purchase, payment, customer and license records are retained while needed for service, support, audit and legal requirements. We use access controls, server-only credentials, signed license grants and encrypted transport. No system is completely risk-free, so users must protect their devices and activation keys.

You may request correction of inaccurate purchase contact information or ask questions about privacy. Some transaction and licensing records may need to be retained for legal, security or accounting reasons.
