You must provide accurate business and contact information and be legally able to enter into the purchase. Customers can purchase from the public subscription page without creating a website account. Prices and plan terms shown before payment apply to that purchase.

A successful verified payment creates a license for the selected plan. Activation keys are confidential and may be used only for the purchasing business within the permitted device limit. You are responsible for copying the one-time key, protecting it, and contacting support promptly if delivery fails.

A license may require initial and periodic internet validation. Offline access is limited by the validation window associated with the license.

You must not share or resell keys without written permission, bypass licensing or device restrictions, reverse engineer protected components, use the service unlawfully, attack connected systems, or upload malicious or third-party data without authority.

Some billing functions work locally while cloud backup, online billing, payment and validation functions require internet. You are responsible for device security, accurate business settings, reviewing bills before issue, maintaining appropriate backups and complying with tax and record-keeping duties.

We may maintain or improve the website, APIs and applications and may suspend access to protect security or comply with law. Features can differ between Android, desktop, offline and online modes. Material changes will be reflected in product information or updated terms.

The software is a billing aid and does not replace professional tax, accounting or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses proven to result from the affected purchase and excludes indirect or consequential business losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Licenses may be suspended or revoked for fraud, misuse, chargeback, unlawful activity or material breach. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory rights and the competent courts applicable to the merchant.
